Our single-wall paper cups are an affordable and eco-friendly option for take-out drinks. They can be used to hold both hot and cold drinks. We use a single PE lining for hot drinks and a double PE lining for cold drinks.
Our custom paper cups can be used for any type of beverage. We manufacture our paper cups with a double PE lining for cold drinks (like soda, water, and slushies) and a single PE lining for hot drinks (like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate). We’ll need to know the kind of beverage you plan to use your cups for to be able to add in the correct lining.
We offer custom coffee cups and custom ripple cups that are specifically designed for hot drinks. These cups have extra insulation and don’t need to be paired with coffee sleeves. However, our single wall paper cups don’t have as much insulation. Heat can easily transfer from the cup to your customers’ hands. You will need to use coffee sleeves if you are planning to use our custom paper cups for hot drinks.

We offer two different packages for printing colors. Your design can contain up to two colors at no additional charge. If your design has more than two colors, we offer full-color printing for an additional $100. If you’re looking to save money, you may want to keep your design to two colors. We’ll accept designs in any format, but vector files (.EPS & .AI) are the best file formats for printing. Our team can help you convert your design file to a vector format at no charge. Our printers also use the CMYK and Pantone color scales. You’ll want to design with one of those scales so that the colors accurately translate from your screen to your cups.
Our custom paper cups are 100% recyclable. You can serve drinks with pride knowing they’ll be contained in eco-friendly packaging.
