Our standard bags are produced purely of paper, so they are not grease or water-resistant. However, we can manufacture bags with a wax coating to make them greaseproof or waterproof. You can reach out to us to request pricing for paper bags with a wax lining.
Our standard custom paper die-cut handle bags are 100% recyclable. If you request bags with a wax lining, then those bags will not be recyclable. The wax coating contaminates the paper recycling process, which makes it difficult to separate the paper fibers from the wax.
Designing for print is slightly different from designing for digital screens. We recommend exporting designs to a PDF or vector format (.ai, .eps, or .svg) to avoid visible pixelation for your prints. If you’re unable to export to these file formats, our team can help you convert your design at no additional cost. The number of colors used for your bags can also impact the cost of your bags. One color is included with every order. We charge an additional flat rate of $100 for two colors or $200 for full color. If your goal is to add branding to your bags in the most economical way possible, then producing a design with just one or two colors will save you money.
