We’ll need to finalize your cup design to be able to create a mockup. If you didn’t send a logo or design file with your order, we’ll reach out to collect that from you. Any designs that aren’t in a vector format (EPS, SVG, or AI) will need to be converted to a vector design for a clean print. Our team will work on converting your design at no additional cost.
Once your design is finalized, we’ll use it to create a mockup so that you can see what your plastic cups will look like. We’ll send you your mockup for review and our team will work to make any revisions based on your feedback.
After you approve your mockup, we can begin production. If you don’t buy directly on our site, you’ll be sent an invoice for payment before production begins. Once your order is paid in full, we’ll start producing your cups. Your cups will be shipped directly to your door once your order is completed.

There are a few technical printing aspects you should be aware of to produce a print-ready design. Our printers use the CMYK or Pantone color scales. You’ll want to design using one of these scales to make sure the colors translate accurately from your screen to the cups. We can accept designs in any file format, but .EPS or .AI files are the preferred file type for printing. Our team can also help you convert your design to a vector file free of charge. Finally, we can print up to six colors onto cups, but two colors are included at no charge with each order. If you’re looking to save money, you should keep your design to just two colors.
Plastic cups are great for cold drinks, but they should not be used for hot drinks. Making cups crystal clear requires the utilization of a thinner plastic. Our clear plastic cups will transfer heat easily, which presents a burn risk for your customers’ hands. Higher temps can also melt the plastic. Even thicker plastic cups like our custom stadium cups can still be damaged with high heat. Chemicals can also be released from plastic when exposed to hot liquids, which can pose health hazards. We produce custom paper coffee cups that are specifically designed to hold hot drinks if you’re looking for branded cups for hot drinks.
Our PET and PP plastic cups are both durable, strong, and transparent. PP plastic does have a higher heat resistance, but the main difference between PET and PP plastic cups for your order is that film wrap won’t stick well to PET plastic. If you’re going to be using film wrap for cup lids, you’ll want to order PP plastic cups.
