Custom 16 oz Single Wall Paper Cups

Keep your logo front-and-center with our custom 16 oz single-wall paper cups. We’ll add your design or logo to elevate your cups to provide customers with a premium drink experience. Our single-wall paper cups are 100% recyclable. They are designed for cold drinks, but they can be used for hot drinks as well with a coffee sleeve.

Custom 16 Oz Paper Cup Product Features

  • Durable Paperboard: Our custom 16 ounce paper cups are produced with commercial-grade high-strength paperboard that won’t tear or break down with use. The added waterproof PE lining keeps liquid contained within the cup for an enjoyable beverage experience.   
  • Professional Multi-Color Printing: Disposable Design utilizes high-quality specialized cup printing machines to print your designs on your cups. We’ll seamlessly translate your design from your screen to our cups to produce unique cups you can be proud to serve your drinks in. 
  • Complimentary Double-Sided Printing: Our goal is to keep your costs down so that your margins can remain as high as possible. We’ll print your design on both sides of your cup at no extra charge. It’s just one of the many ways we work to save you money. 
  • Two Lid Options: Our 16 oz paper cups can be paired with two different types of lids. You can order your cups with flat lids or tab lids. Flat lids are ideal for cold drinks while tab lids are recommended for hot drinks. 

Production Times

Production times for our 16 ounce paper cups can vary depending on the order volume we’re currently processing, the size of your order, and the complexity of your design. You can expect to receive your custom paper cups within eight to twelve weeks of placing your order. When you place your order, a member of our team will reach out to provide you with a more accurate lead time.  Need your cups sooner? We do offer rush shipping on our paper cups, which you can add to your order for an additional $150 per case. You can expect to receive cases with rush shipping in four to six weeks. Our 16 ounce double-wall paper cups also have a shorter lead time. We can deliver those to you within two to four weeks. 

Our Printing Process

Once you place your order on the site, we’ll get to work immediately to deliver your order as quickly as possible. While we’ve streamlined our processes over the years, producing custom high-quality disposables still takes time. As mentioned above, you can expect to receive your order in eight to twelve weeks.  When we receive an order, we start by reaching out to confirm your order. We want to make sure all of the order details are correct before proceeding. We’ll then review your submitted design files (if you didn’t submit a file, we’ll reach out asking for one) to make sure it’s formatted correctly. We prefer designs in a vector format to be able to scale them for print without getting pixelated. Our team can help you convert your design to a vector format at no cost.  With your design on file, we’ll then create a mockup to show you what your design will look like on your 16 oz paper cups. We’ll send the mockup over to you for review and feedback. Once you approve the mockup, we’ll move forward with production.  Our team will work diligently to print your design onto your new cups. We run each cup through a thorough quality check to ensure that it meets our standards. After production, cups are then packaged and shipped to your establishment with tracking added so that you can follow the shipment of your order.  We’ll be in touch with you throughout multiple points in the production process, but don’t hesitate to reach out at any point with questions or concerns. We treat our customers like family, which means your inquiries never go unanswered. 

Alternative 16 Oz Paper Cup Options

Exploring your options for disposable paper cups? We offer more than one! Our single-wall paper cups are our lowest-priced option. They’ll allow you to expand your brand reach and recognition on a budget. They’re great for cold drinks and can be used for packaging hot drinks as well. However, with just one layer of paperboard, these cups require coffee sleeves to protect hands from being burnt. If you’re interested in forgoing coffee sleeves altogether for hot drinks, our 16 oz paper ripple cups or our 16 oz double-wall paper cups would be good options to consider. These cups both utilize two lawyers of paperboard to provide additional insulation that keeps hands cool while also keeping drinks warm. Our ripple cups and double-wall paper cups do cost more than our single-wall cups, but you’ll ultimately save money not having to buy coffee sleeves. Our double-wall cups feature the same smooth, flat surface as our single-wall cups. As the name implies, our ripple cups feature a rippled surface, which provides a more gripable texture for hands.

16 Ounce Paper Cup FAQs

Can The Paper Cups Be Recycled?

Our 16 oz single-wall paper cups can be recycled. However, they do contain a thin PE (plastic) lining. This lining requires specialized equipment to remove, which means that not every recycling facility can recycle these cups. You’ll need to contact your local recycling center to determine if they accept paper cups with a PE lining or not. If these cups aren’t accepted, then you may want to consider our custom compostable cups, which are fully biodegradable. 

Is There A Minimum Order Requirement For Your 16 Ounce Paper Cups? 

There is a minimum order requirement of 10 cases for our custom 16 oz paper cups. Each case is 1,000 cups, which means the total minimum order quantity is 10,000 cups. We strive to keep our minimums low so that businesses of any size can afford our cups. The minimum order requirement helps us keep your cost per cup as low as possible. 

Do You Offer Quantity Discounts? 

Yes, Disposable Design does offer quantity discounts. We encourage you to reach out to our team if you plan to order more than our required minimum. We can provide you with the most accurate pricing possible and include quantity discounts to help you save even more on your order. 

What Other Cup Sizes Do I Need For My Business? 

16 oz cups are by far the most popular size of cup, but you’ll likely want to offer your customers more choices than just one size. We can customize a range of sizes from 8 oz up to 22 oz. The best-selling sizes (outside of 16 ounces) would be 8 ounces, 12 ounces, and 20 ounces. You can view all of our custom paper cups to explore our full range of sizes.
