Disposable Design provides all of our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we will manufacture more disposables to replace any disposables you’re not satisfied with at no cost if the items you’re not satisfied with are returned to us within 90 days of receipt.

Disposable Design is not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in transit. We highly advise that you consider paying for tracking with your shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
Disposable Design does not offer any refunds at this time for the production of custom-branded disposables because of the high level of manufacturing expenses that go into producing custom products.
