We custom print all of our promotional products at our Michigan factory. When your order is completed, we will ship them right to you – typically within 2 to 4 weeks. Because you won’t have to wait for the cups to arrive from a factory overseas (or worry about customs or tariffs), you can get your items much more quickly. If you need your cups even sooner, we offer rush shipping for an additional charge. With rush shipping, you will get your order within 1 to 3 weeks. You can choose rush shipping for your entire order or just part of your order. Our goal is to make sure that you get the cups that you need – when you need them.

  3. We will then work with you to create a mockup of your cup designs based on the files that you provide.
  4. After you have approved the cup designs, we will start printing them. We use a multi-step quality assurance process to make sure that your cups meet our exacting standards.
  5. Once your order is complete, we’ll ship it directly to you in the method that you have selected. If you paid for rush shipping for part of your order, we will send that portion to you immediately before we finish the rest of your order.

Is There an Order Minimum?

For our 12 ounce clear plastic cups, the order minimum is 10 cases of 1,000 cups each, or 10,000 cups. If you need larger quantities, we can accommodate that as well.

Are Your Custom 12 Oz Plastic Cups Recyclable?

Yes. PET and PP plastic are accepted at recycling centers throughout the United States, including in curbside recycling bins and cans. PET and PP plastic are easier to recycle than cups made from many other types of materials, including paper.

I’m Not Sure How to Create My Cup Design. Can You Help?

If you have a branding kit with colors, font, and logo for your business, we can work with you to make sure that your design file is in the correct format for printing. .EPS and .AI files work best for printing, so we can help you convert your design to a vector file for printing free of charge. We can also help you make sure that your colors are accurate using the CMYK or Pantone color scales.
