Custom 16 oz Coffee Cup Features

High-Quality Paperboard: Our 16 oz paper coffee cups are produced with two walls of durable paperboard and a waterproof plastic lining. These cups will easily contain hot or cold beverages without breaking down or falling apart.
Complimentary Double-Sided Printing: We can print your design on both sides of your coffee cups at no additional cost.
Crisp Multi-Color Printing: We use state-of-the-art cup printers that print your design to look exactly like it does on your digital screen. Up to two colors are included with your order, but we can print more than two colors on each cup when you upgrade to full-color printing for an additional $100.
Maximum Insulation: Two layers of paperboard provide added insulation to keep heat inside the cup. Our double-wall cups keep drinks warm and hands cool without needing coffee sleeves.

Coffee Cup Production Times

Lead times can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, and our production schedule. Our standard lead time for custom 16 oz paper coffee cups is two to four weeks. We do offer rush shipping as an order add-on if you need cups faster. Rush shipping is charged per case and does not have to be applied to your full order, so you can save money and rush ship one or two cases to meet your inventory requirements sooner.

What Happens After Your Order Is Placed?

As mentioned above, the entire order process takes two to four weeks on average. We’ve simplified our process over the years to make it as easy as possible for business owners. There are four steps in the process that occur after you place an order on the site:

First, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details of your order. We proactively review your order to make sure it’s completed correctly.
Before we start printing coffee cups, we’ll create a mockup so that you can see what your design will look like on our coffee cups. We can revise the mockups based on your feedback to come up with a mockup you like.
Once you approve your mockup, we’ll start production. We print your cups and inspect each cup before shipment to ensure your complete satisfaction.
After the coffee cups have been printed and packaged, we’ll ship them straight to your restaurant, bar, coffee shop, or other place of business.

Can These Cups Be Recycled?

Our 16 oz double-wall paper coffee can be recycled, but it’s possible your local recycling facility may not accept the paper cups. Our paper cups are made with a thin PE (plastic) lining. Facilities need specialized equipment to remove the PE lining from the paper and not all facilities have this equipment. You should check with your local recycling center to confirm whether or not they accept paper cups with a PE lining for recycling.

Can I See A Preview Before Production?

It’s part of our production process to create a mockup for you before we start printing. We’ll send you a mockup of your design on our cups to show you what your new coffee cups will look like. We don’t start printing until we receive your approval on the mockup.

Is There A Minimum Order Amount For Custom 16 oz Paper Coffee Cups?

We do require a minimum order of 20 cases for our custom paper 16 oz coffee cups. Each case contains 500 cups, so the smallest amount of cups you can order is 10,000 cups. You can save money on your cup order by ordering more than the minimum and contacting us for quantity discounts.

Is There A Way To Get Better Pricing?
