Help customers associate your incredible coffee with your incredible brand. Disposable Design can help you print your logo on high-quality disposable cups so that your brand is front-and-center as your customers enjoy every sip. Engage in affordable advertising and brand your coffee shop cups for cents on the dollar just like the major coffee chains do. With a variety of different cup options and sizes, we offer cups for every coffee shop and cafe.
Disposable Design produces several different types of custom cups used by coffee shops nationwide. The best cups for your business will depend on your budget, the type of drinks you’re packaging, and your brand values. A member of our team can help you weigh the pros and cons of each type of cup to find the right fit for your business.
Our double-wall paper cups were specifically designed for coffee and other hot beverages. Thick double walls provide added insulation to keep drinks hot while keeping hands cool.
Paper ripple cups offer the same level of insulation as double-wall cups with added flair. Provide added grip and make your cups visually unique with a vertical, horizontal, or s-shaped ripple pattern covering the cups exterior surface.
Single-wall paper cups may not provide the insulation that double-wall cups or ripple cups do, but they are an affordable option for hot drinks. You can’t go wrong with a tried and true cup design that has been used for over 100 years.
Interested in making your business even more eco-friendly? Our compostable cups are made from biodegradable PLA. Once discarded, these cups will break down naturally underground without harming the planet.
Plastic cups should never be used for hot drinks, but they are ideal cups for cold drinks like iced coffees and teas. The clear plastic surface of the cups allows you to showcase your delectable drink creations inside.
If you’re a new business trying to map out cup sizes for your menu, it can be difficult figuring out what sizes to offer customers. You want to offer enough sizes with a large enough variance that you adequately meet the varying preferences of your customer base. At the same time, you don’t want to offer so many sizes that you drastically increase your overhead costs stocking and storing too many different sizes.
Fortunately, we’ve produced enough cups for shops to be able to offer you sizing data that you can use as a guide. The most popular cup sizes for coffee are 8 ounces for a small, 12 ounces for a medium, and 16 ounces for a large. Of course, you can deviate from the most popular sizes and add or remove size options. Our cups range in size from 3 ounces up to 32 ounces depending on the type of cup you’re order. Disposable Design has helped coffee shop and cafe owners design and produce custom cups for over half a decade. We serve coffee shops across the globe and have quickly grown to become one of the leading custom disposable packaging companies for the food and beverage service industry in the United States.
We make branding your take-out packaging affordable with low minimums and extremely competitive prices. Our model has effectively helped small to medium-sized local shops compete with large national chains like Starbucks, Dunkin’, and Tim Hortons. You can order straight from the online shop, but we can offer you the best possible pricing when you reach out for a personalized quote for your order.
As a family-owned manufacturer, we’re also able to offer an unrivaled level of customer support. We’ll be in-touch at every step in the production process providing you with updates on your order. You’ll also have no trouble reaching a member of our team with questions or concerns. We take your satisfaction very seriously, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Most of our coffee shop cups are100% recyclable. Our plastic cups are produced with either PET or PP plastic, which are both widely accepted by recycling programs.
Our paper cups contain a PE lining, which does require special facilities to recycle. As a result, some municipalities may not accept the paper cups for recycling. You should check with your local recycling center to see if they accept paper cups with a PE lining.
Our compostable cups are not recyclable, but are completely compostable. These cups should be disposed of in organic waste bins as opposed to recycling bins.
In addition to cups, we also manufacture custom coffee sleeves. Coffee sleeves provide a barrier of protection between a hot cup surface and your customers’ hands. They’re generally a good safety component to have added to your cups if you’re serving hot drinks. However, they may not be necessary depending on the type of cup you order.
Both our double-wall paper cups and our ripple cups are manufactured with two layers of paperboard. The extra layer of paperboard provides additional insulation and effectively serves as a built-in coffee sleeve covering the entire surface of the cup. Therefore, you do not need coffee sleeves if you’re using either of these cup styles.
Our single-wall paper cups and compostable cups do not provide enough built-in insulation to prevent substantial heat transfer. We advise the use of coffee sleeves for these cups to prevent employees or customers from burning their hands while handling the cups.
We place an emphasis on producing cups with exceptional printing to make your logo or design pop. Quality prints take time, especially with our rigorous QA process. Our standard turnaround time for cup orders is 8-12 weeks, but rush shipping is available for all of our products. You can upgrade to rush shipping to cut the turnaround time down to 4-6 weeks.
