  5. Wait for your cups to arrive. We will ship your finished cups directly to your business, generally within 2 to 4 weeks of your order. If you selected rush shipping for part of your order, we will send that quantity out immediately before finishing your order.

Is There a Minimum Quantity of Coffee Cups?

For our 12-ounce coffee cups, the order minimum is 20 cases of 500 cups each (10,000 cups). This minimum quantity is lower than many companies require, but still allows us to offer great, low prices on our cups. 

What Type of File Do I Need For My Coffee Cup Design?

We can work with any image format when designing your custom 12-ounce coffee cups. Vector files (which end with .AI or .EPS) are the best for the printing process. We can also convert other image files to a vector version for you. Our printers use the CMYK and Pantone color scales to make sure that your brand colors are accurate. We request that our customers use one of these color scales when sending their logo and brand colors to us. Your first color is free, so you can save money by utilizing a monocolor design.

Do You Sell Lids for Your Coffee Cups?

Yes. We offer lids that fit perfectly on our 12-ounce coffee cups. When placing an order, you can choose the option to add lids. The minimum order for lids is 1 case of 1,000 lids, which costs $49.00 (which works out to just under 5¢ per lid).
