Turn-Around Time for 32 oz Plastic Cups

All of our custom promotional items are printed on-site at our factory in Michigan and then shipped directly to customers. Because we aren’t shipping internationally, the lead time is just 2 to 4 weeks. We also offer rush shipping for an additional charge if you need your cups even quicker. Rush shipping can reduce the lead time to 1-3 weeks. You can apply rush shipping to your entire order or just a portion of your order depending on your needs.

  2. Our team will then work directly with you to create a mockup of your cups based on the design files that you provide to us.
  3. Once your design is finalized and you have approved it, we will start printing your cups. We employ a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) process to make sure that your custom cups meet our high standards.
  4. When your order is finished, we will ship it directly to your restaurant in whatever way is most convenient for you. If you selected rush shipping for part of your order, we will ship those cases immediately before working on the remainder of your order.

Can I Review My Design Before the Cups Are Printed?

Our customization process always includes a mockup based on your design file. We will never print your cups until we have final approval from you. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their orders, so we also offer a 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all orders.

What Is the Order Minimum?

For our 32 ounce clear plastic cups, the order minimum is 20 cases of 500 cups each, or 10,000 cups. If you need larger quantities, we can accommodate that as well.

Can These Cups Be Recycled?

Yes. PET and PP plastic are two of the most widely recycled plastics in the United States. It is also easier to recycle these cups than other types of cups (including paper cups). While these specific cups are single-use, you and your customers can have peace of mind in knowing that they can be recycled.
