  5. Finally, we will ship your cups directly to you once they are printed. This is typically within 8 to 12 weeks of your order. If you opted for rush shopping for part of your order, we will ship that part of your order first before completing the rest.

Is There a Minimum Quantity of Coffee Cups?

For our 8-ounce coffee cups, the order minimum is 20 cases of 500 cups each (10,000 cups).  We set our order minimums so that we can offer low prices. While 10,000 cups is still a lot, we find that it is a good order size for most small to medium-sized businesses. Many larger companies set much higher order minimums, which makes it difficult for the average independently-owned business to buy custom cups. We want to make our cups accessible for everyone.

Do You Offer Discounts for Your Custom Coffee Cups?

We sell all of our custom promotional products at fair prices. If you are interested in a larger quantity of cups, we do offer “bulk” discounts on our products, including our 8-ounce coffee cups. What Type of File Do I Need For My Coffee Cup Design?

For printing, vector files (which end with .AI or .EPS) work best. Our design team is experienced enough to work with any image format when designing your product. We can also convert your image file to a vector file for the highest quality printing.  Our printers use the CMYK and Pantone color scales. To ensure that your brand colors are printed true-to-color, we ask our customers to submit their logo and brand colors using either of these color scales. We offer the first color of every design for free, so if you want to save money on your order, you might select one color for your design.
