If you forgot to restock your cup supply – or just want to get our cups as soon as possible – you can pay a small surcharge for expedited shipping. That will get the cups to you within 4 to 6 weeks. You’re in control of how many cases you want to get sooner, which can save you money while still getting you the supplies that you need.

Our branding experts will then work with you to create a mockup of your cup design based on the digital files that you provide. We use a special color-matching system to make sure that your brand colors are printed properly.
Once you give us the go-ahead with final approval, we will start printing your cups. We use a multi-step quality assurance process to make sure that your cups meet our standards – and yours.
Once your order is finished, we’ll ship it directly to you. If you paid for expedited shipping for part of your order, we will send that portion to you immediately before we finish the rest of your order.

Is There an Order Minimum?

For our 8-ounce clear plastic cups, the order minimum is 10 cases of 1,000 cups each, or 10,000 cups. If you need larger quantities, we can help you with that as well. We even offer quantity discounts!

Can You Help Me with My Cup Design?

Absolutely. We often work directly with our clients based on their branding kits. We can review your brand fonts, colors, and logo and make sure that your design file is in the right format for printing (.EPS and .AI files). If you aren’t tech-savvy and aren’t sure what a vector file is, we can convert your existing design to this type of file free of charge. We will also make sure that your brand colors are correctly printed using the CMYK or Pantone color scales.

Are Your Custom 8 Oz Plastic Cups Recyclable?

Yes. Both PET and PP plastics are accepted for recycling. When your customers are done with their drink, they can recycle it at curbside recycling cans or at home. In fact, these cups are much easier to recycle than cups made from other materials. If sustainability is a concern, we can also recommend our biodegradable cups.

Are There Discounts Available?
